There are different reasons for which it is possible to return a product, for each reason there are certain conditions for the return.
We list below the Conditions of Purchase and Return for each case.
The customer is required to read these conditions and ascertain them before making a purchase on our site.
1 Conditions for Renunciation/Withdrawal of the purchase of the Product:
It is possible to return the product in case of withdrawal within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods. The product must be in the same state it was in at the time of delivery, in the case of a product to be assembled it must be returned disassembled.
The product must be in perfect condition, must not have any scratches or stains caused by the customer and returned in its original packaging, must include all the parts included inside (any instructions, documents, accessories such as screws and bolts).
The returned product must not be used or modified in any way.
Once we have received the product and verified that the conditions have been met, we will refund the purchase or issue a voucher for a next purchase. In both cases the shipping costs for the return of the goods will be reduced (Art 107 2. RDLGDCU 1/2007).
1-B Renunciation of the purchase
The customer may at any time renounce his purchase, there may be two possible scenarios:
1- The renunciation takes place before the goods are delivered to the courier: The customer will receive the amount paid within 15 working days following receipt of the written communication of renunciation of the order.
2- The goods are prepared and shipped: in this case the customer will be required to bear the shipping costs, the refund will be made within 15 days of the return of the goods to our warehouses.
2 For Breakage During Shipment Defect or Missing Material.
The customer is required to check the condition of the goods upon delivery. In the event of obvious damage to the packaging, the customer has the option of rejecting the package to the sender (WRITE THE REASON FOR REFUSAL CLEARLY AND DETAILEDLY).
Since the courier is not required to wait for the customer to check the condition of the goods, even in the event of acceptance, if tampering or small damage is found, the goods can be accepted with reserve (WRITE OR LET THE COURIER WRITE YOU ACCEPT WITH RESERVE OF CHECK).
In all these cases, specify the reasons, GENERIC REFUSAL OR RESERVE STATEMENTS DO NOT ALLOW US TO OPEN CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY TRANSPORT.
If the goods are not collected directly by the Customer, the buyer must inform the third parties to check the status, integrity and completeness of the order.
3 Product Defect
All products purchased on our site are covered by a 2-year warranty, the date on the purchase invoice is valid for the warranty start date.
These guarantees do not cover defects due to negligence, shocks, use or tampering with the product, they void the guarantee any improper use of the object or use other than that for which the object was designed.
Please note that despite the use of high-quality raw materials, the use of the object, exposure to sunlight, heat sources or the use of chemical agents can, for example, cause discolouration of the colours.
Once the product has returned to our warehouses, we will check its status and the problem encountered, and when possible we will repair the product or replace the defective item.
If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it, informing the customer of the timing.
4 Missing or Error in shipment
In the event that the non-receipt of the goods is reported to us, we will interface with the courier and use the tracking code to check the status of the goods.
If the product is different or does not correspond to the one ordered, we will arrange for the collection and return at our expense.
Before we can start the product, it will be necessary for the wrong product to return to our warehouses.
IMPORTANT: For any type of claim, the product must have its original packaging and keep all its components. That the Corriere label has been kept. Otherwise we will not be able to accept the complaint.
