How shipments take place:

Shipments are managed with 24 hour express courier.

Rules of our couriers:

The courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or during national holidays.

Always accurate and professional packaging:

The products are carefully packaged in different ways depending on the size of the goods and the quality of the manufacturers' original packaging. For small or medium sized items, packaging with protective bubble wrap is always provided to protect the contents and any shocks during transport.

Shipping Rates:

The shipping cost is calculated during checkout and may vary based on the items purchased. For multiple purchases, shipping is calculated only once.

Insured shipments:

Each shipment is insured and the service is completely free.

Receipt of products:

Upon delivery of the products the customer is required to check:

-That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the order confirmation received via email.

-That the packaging is intact and unaltered even in the closing tapes.


In the event of tampering and/or breakages, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the writing "GOODS CONTROL RESERVE" on the delivery document received from the courier or other operator. The customer must subsequently report any damage within 7 days of receiving the goods according to the methods established by the operator chosen for shipping and/or delivery. In the event that the customer does not collect the goods ordered and in stock at the courier's and/or Mestucò warehouses within 5 working days due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the same will be canceled and storage costs will be charged, to be quantified from time to time.
